COMMUNITY STADIUM AND LEISURE FACILITIES, COLERAINE
PRELIMINARY TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY STUDY
Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified companies or partnerships of companies, under the contractual leadership of one company. The Council wishes to carry out a preliminary technical feasibility study for a potential new community stadium together with leisure facilities in Coleraine, Northern Ireland. The leisure facilities may include athletics track, swimming pools, sports halls and fitness gyms.
The preliminary technical feasibility study to be undertaken is to assess the technical and capital finance parameters for a comprehensive community stadium and sports and recreation scheme on Coleraine Borough Council's Rugby Avenue playing field site. The facilities anticipated would be of regional significance.
Companies must be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of creating such facilities and have successfully completed studies of a similar nature. They must also be able to demonstrate adequate managerial, technical and financial skills. It is anticipated that the study will be completed by March 2010.
A pre-qualification questionnaire, obtainable from the address below, should be completed and returned in a plain sealed envelope clearly marked "Community Stadium & Leisure Facilities Study" to: R. Wilson, Town Clerk and Chief Executive

The pre-qualification questionnaire should arrive no later then 12 noon on 12th February 2010.
Pre-qualification questionnaires sent by post should be registered or sent by recorded delivery. Faxed or e-mailed PQQs will not be accepted. An official receipt should be obtained for a PQQ delivered by hand.
At the Tender Stage Coleraine Borough Council will not be bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
